Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Post and packing and full insurance for uk customers is free of charge over £20. For returned items, shipping will be charged at cost price.
Overseas customers are charged as follows:
Order value up to £10 shipping will be £5.00,
Order value up to £30 shipping will be £7.00.
Order value up to £100 shipping will be £11.00.
Order value up to £150 shipping will be £15.00
Order value up to £200 shipping will be £20.00
Order value up to £450 shipping will be £25.00
Orders over the value of £500 are free delivery

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order the same day if received by 1pm.
Upon receipt of your order we will email you an acknowledgement and a dispatch date.
International orders are generally received in under10 days. |

Return any item unused by registered post within 10 days of delivery for a refund. ( please be aware that we cannot exchange earrings or refund original postage, we also will recoup at cost price any free postage for items sent under these terms )
To qualify for a refund or exchange all original tags must remain intact, we will not refund if labels are removed and items have been worn. |
